PAVILION, SELSEY. FILMED in wildest Africa. and creating on the screen the full beauty, splendour and savagery of the still primitive continent, "WHERE NO VULTURES FLY" stars Anthony Steel—a man dedicated to the setting up of animal preserves to safeguard the beasts against trigger-happy hunters. Walt Disney salutes a fighting man with "DAVY CROCKETT KING OF THE WILD FRONTIER," a frontier drama about one of America's most popular legendary heroes. Asserting that Davy Crockett reflects the American character. Disney used all his craft and ingenuity to re-create this colourful hero of the old West. Fess Parker. in portraying Davy, has been hailed as one of America's most promising sings young stars. Filmed partly in the Great Smoky mountain range, where Crockett fought many of his battles, an atmosphere of tense excitement and reality was created by the introduction of 200 Cherokee Indians. Davy Crockett is seen in his greatest role of frontiersman, Indian fighter and politician.
