PAVILION, SELSEY. The story of "TEMPTATION HARBOUR,” the main feature for the first three days of the week, centres around a railway signalman (Robert Newton) who learns, when it is too late, that one can run away from justice but never from one's conscience. From his signal box in a harbour on the English Channel, he is the only one to observe two men fighting for possession of suitcase. One is knocked into the water and the other runs away. The signalman fails rescue the victim, but recovers the suitcase, which is full of banknotes—more than he could earn in all his working days. In keeping them he little realises the conflict they are to cause. “GREEN FINGERS,” which completes the week’s entertainment, tells of a humble fisherman, who discovers that he has a gift for healing and becomes a great and fashionable osteopath. In support is "IN FAST COMPANY.” starring Leo Gorcey and the Bowery Boys.
