SELSEY'S LEGION. Branch Hold Their Third Annual Dinner. THE KING'S MESSAGE. The Selsey branch of the British Legion are to be congratulated on the success of their third annual dinner, on Friday evening, at the Pavilion, when 200 members and their guests sat down. The hall was tastefully decorated with poppies and bunting. Sir Archibald Hamilton, Bart., was in the chair, and among those present were Alderman and Mrs. E. G. Arnell, Lieut.-Col. and Mrs. W. G. Moore. Major and Mrs. B. J. Lamb, Maj. Levin, Captain and Mrs. W. C. Mathew. Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Phipps, Dr. and Mrs. W. C. Park. Mr. and Mrs. W. L. White, Mr. and Mrs. C. Goodwin. Mrs. K. S. Deeble, Mr. and Mrs. H. Prior. Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Vince, and Mrs. L. Gardner. In proposing the loyal toast, which was accorded musical honours, Sir Archibald Hamilton expressed the wish of all that their Sussex air would continue to assist the progress his Majesty had made since his arrival at Craigwell House.
