Concert Parties - Selsey Parish magazine - Sunday 1 August 1920
Transcript:

Selsey Pavilion. Messrs Chrippes & Cleere are to be congratulated upon the improvements they have made during their occupation of this building, and for the excellent entertainments given each week since their opening at Easter. Some very good companies are visiting the Pavilion in August and our readers are advised to make a note of these: - August 2nd "Frills & Flounces", 9th "Ramblers", 16th "Hilarity", 23rd "Anomalies", 30th "Arcady". The companies perform every evening, with matinees on Thursday and Saturdays. During the visit of "Hilarity" they have kindly consented to hold a Special Matinee on behalf of the Royal West Sussex Hospital. We hope that many will support their enterprise and so help to maintain the high standard of amusements which they have established.
