Transcript:

Selsey Cinema Hall. - Mr. Thomas Sidney Jones applied for a cinematograph license for the New Hall, Selsey. This was adjourned from the last Court. Mr. Lemon (from the office of Mr. E. B. Wannop) appeared for applicant, who said that two Justices had inspected the building, and the Management had complied with their suggestions. Their Worships granted the licence on the understanding that no more than forty people would be allowed in the balcony.
