Transcript:

PAVILION, SELSEY. of the greatest and best-loved romances of all time has been brought to the screen in Walt Disney's "CINDERELLA," which will be the attraction at the Pavilion, Selsey, all next week. Adapted from the original French classic Charles Perrault, written over 300 years ago, the lavish all-cartoon feature is Disney at his very best. Whether going about her household drudgery, preparing for the dreamed-of grand ball, watching her fairy godmother transform her rags to riches, or dancing in the arms of Prince Charming. Cinderella is completely captivating. Another feature of the production, which took six years to make, are the lilting melodies flowing through the film from beginning to end. Not since the memorable “Snow White" has there been a picture which so captivated the true, romantic spirit.
