Alfred Hitchcock continues his fine tradition of crime fiction with "DIAL M FOR MURDER," starring Ray Milland, Grace Kelly and Robert Cummings. lt tells the story of an easy-living and jealous husband who decides that his wife must die so that he can inherit a vast fortune and live a life of unfettered luxury. Unwilling to commit murder himself, he blackmails an old school friend into doing the act and promises him a large sum of money if he succeeds . . . "STUDENT PRINCE," a musical, stars Ann Blyth and Edmund Purdom with John Ericson and Louis Calhern. To save his country from bankruptcy, the King of Karlsburg arranges a marriage between his grandson, Karl Franz, heir to the throne and wealthy Princess Johanna of Nordhausen. a beautiful, vital, young girl who comes to Karlsburg on an official visit. The meeting is not a success, however, for the Princess declares that Carl is a cold arrogant young man who has been brought up in a military tradition. She decrees that he will have to radiate more warmth and charm before she will marry him. Since his country depends on this alliance the King sends Karl to the University of Heidelberg where he will be able to mix with people of his own age who will "humanize" him.
