PAVILION, SELSEY. "GOLDEN IVORY" is a British adventure filmed in Technicolor in the heart of the Kenya-Masai country in tropical Africa. The cast includes Robert Urquhart and John Bentley as hunters and Susan Stephen as a young pioneer. The film is outstanding for its close-ups of wild animals including rhinos, lions, elephants. crocodiles, and buffalos. "THE GREEN SCARF," a crime drama, stars Michael Redgrave, Leo Genn and Ann Todd, with a strong supporting cast which includes Kieron Moore, Michael Medwin, Jane Griffiths and Peter Burton. The story relates how Jacques Vauthier (Kieron Moore) is charged with murder aboard ship. He is found alone with the body, his hands stained with blood. Vauthier has been deaf, dumb and blind from birth and the most brilliant brains in the French legal profession refuse to defend the accused man for they regard the case as a foregone conclusion....
