UNIVERSAL-INTERNATIONAL'S romantic drama, "MISTER CORY." tells the fantastic and exciting story of a young man gambling his way from the back streets into wealth, power, and society. Quitting the drab, squalid Chicago street in which he was born, Cory finds work at fashionable and exclusive country club as a dishwasher. But he progresses to become manager of one of Chicago's best gambling houses— The Dolphin—patronized by the wealthiest and most influential people in the City. John Saxon, Luana Patten, Sal Mineo, and Rod McKuen, star in "ROCK, PRETTY BABY," which tells in light hearted and gay terms of a young group of high school musicians who form themselves into a band with a view to becoming professionals. The film is conducted to the background of a rock 'n' roll beat. Telling of the controversial romance of a Russian woman pilot and an American Air Force captain, "THE IRON PETTICOAT" stars Bob Hope and Katharine Hepburn. The rapidly rising new star, Bill Travers, has a starring role in "THE SMALLEST SHOW ON EARTH," British comedy in which he co-stars with Virginia McKenna, Peter Sellers, and Margaret Rutherford. The film relates how two young people inherit a decrepit cinema cried the Bijou Theatre.
