Cinema License. The application for the transfer of the cinematograph licence of the Pavilion Cinema has been granted, but restrictions which have been imposed at various times still remain in fame for the moment. A correspondent writes: Mrs. Wills Rust deserves some rest after her long spell of hard work in keeping things going, to which should be added the sincere thanks of the Selsey public for the pleasure which she has consistently afforded it.
