PAVILION, SELSEY. A BRITISH film portraying life in Australia when the vast continent was first being explored and developed, "ROBBERY UNDER ARMS " is adaptation of the novel of the same title by Roll Boldrewood. Australia in the latter part of the 19th Century was a fascinating yet perilous continent. Along with the hardy adventurers, men seeking to wrest a living and new found wealth from the virgin soil, went those who sought to live off the wealth of others, to plunder, and, if necessary, to kill in order to live in luxury. How a young warrior tries to rebel against the tyrannical rulers of Babylon is shown in "THE SLAVE GIRL," starring Rhonda Fleming and Ricardo Montalban. Starring Dirk Bogarde, "CAMPBELL'S KINGDOM " is the story of a young Englishman who has been given six months to live, and who travels to the Canadian Rockies to take over an inheritance of land from his grandfather. The old man had been alone in his conviction that his "Kingdom" holds oil, and Bruce determines to devote his last remaining months to proving his grandfather right.
